This costume set includes our 2-layer tentacle skirt and fringe sleeve top. The skirt is made of our oil slick holographic spandex as the bottom layer and black sparkle cut into "tentacles" for the top layer. The top is a long sleeve crop top in black sparkle with turquoise fringe trim along the sleeves. The skirt length is 15.5"
